Another successful sailing course

The 2011 Calvin sailing crew returned home on Saturday bringing the total number to 80 students who have learned to sail during 4 Interim courses at Eckerd College. Everyone's attitude was great in spite of some cool temperatures, because we knew that unsettled weather brings good wind. Scott and I and the Eckerd staff really enjoyed this group of wonderful students who represented Calvin College so well. The level of sailing ability that all of the students reached was impressive, and we hope they will be able to use these skills and enjoy sailing for the rest of their lives. I'm posting a few pictures that capture the essence of the course.
